• Accounts are created via phone number verification (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Products & Services

• All products sold are Ayurvedic formulations manufactured under GMP-certified facilities.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in packaging.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing without prior notice.
• Ayurvedic consultations are for informational and wellness guidance purposes and do not replace professional medical advice for serious conditions.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed securely through PayU payment gateway.
• A 10% discount is applied automatically for online (prepaid) orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where supported by our shipping partner, Delhivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur due to system glitches.

5. Orders & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other operational reasons.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via Delhivery across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹499.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of Ayurvedic health products, we do not accept returns on opened/used products.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.
• Consultation fees are refundable only if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property
