1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via Delhivery, one of India's most trusted logistics partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Shipping Charges

* Actual shipping charges may vary based on weight and distance. Any additional charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timelines

* Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, holidays, or logistics delays beyond our control.

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive dispatch confirmation with a tracking link once your order ships.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for eligible pin codes as determined by Delhivery's serviceability.
• You can check COD availability by entering your pin code at checkout.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Prepaid (online) orders receive a 10% discount — we recommend prepaid for the best deal!

6. Pin Code Serviceability

We deliver to most pin codes across India. You can verify if your pin code is serviceable during checkout. If your pin code is not currently serviceable, please contact us — we may be able to arrange delivery through alternative channels.

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number provided via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section of your account or via the Track Order page on our website.

8. Undeliverable Orders

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments.
• For prepaid orders that are returned, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

9. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
