Dinacharya, or daily routine, is one of the most powerful concepts in Ayurveda. Even in our fast-paced modern lives, incorporating these ancient practices can dramatically improve our health:

Morning Rituals (6-8 AM)

• Wake up before sunrise (Brahma Muhurta)

• Drink warm water with lemon to kickstart digestion
